The Moçâmedes Railway is a 907 km railway line in Angola, between Namibe (which was called Moçâmedes until 1985) and Menongue in Cuando Cubango province. The line is operated by the company Caminhos de Ferro de Moçâmedes E.P.. (Portuguese: Linha de Moçâmedes) (later the "Namibe Railway") (Portuguese: Caminho-de-ferro do Namibe).〔(【引用サイトリンク】accessdate=2010-11-27 )〕 ==History== The railway was originally built in the colonial era, 1905, with narrow gauge track, and was 249 km in length.〔Durrant, A.E., A.A.
